

Brisbane's ever growing and vibrant restaurant scene is headed by The Point Restaurant Bar situated in the beautiful South Bank parklands. The man behind the menu, Russell Holmes, has been qualified for the last ten years and has spent them wisely broadening his skill set in both Australia and internationally. His reasoning for becoming a chef was to help him land the ladies. However, the only immediate romance he did manage to find, was one with the Asian style of cooking.
